Cannot add services from template anymore

I have a bizarre issue where I cannot add services from a template anymore. Adding them Custom-style works, but via a template the "Create" button simply does nothing (no error, no redirect, no required fields missing; I stay at the add form). I'm not sure where exactly I should start with debugging this? What I have tried so far and found no relevant errors or any other indication as to what's going wrong:

• /var/log/netbox.log
• postgreSQL log
• Apache error log
• Network/Console in the browser
• Debugging mode via the Django toolbar

OS: Debian 12
NetBox: 4.2.8 (self-hosted)
Python: 3.11.2
PSQL: 15.12
