Bug report

Title

Pipeline: "Add Stage" button moves to the right and new stage appears in middle instead of expected position

Issue Description

When managing stages in a pipeline, the "Add Stage" button shifts to the far right, and the newly added stage appears in the middle of existing stages. This breaks the logical flow and affects user experience.

Preconditions

1. Framework Version:
2. Commit ID:

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings → Pipelines
2. Create or edit any pipeline
3. Click on the "Add Stage" button multiple times
4. Observe where the button and new stage appear

Expected result

  • The "Add Stage" button should stay on the leftmost side of the stage list
  • A newly added stage should appear immediately to the right of the "Add Stage" button
  • The visual flow should remain intuitive and left-to-right

Actual result

The button shifts to the right, and
the new stage is inserted somewhere in the middle rather than in a consistent, expected position

  • Disrupts the logical visual order
  • Can confuse users, especially when many stages are present
  • Breaks intuitive workflow for pipeline setup
