UI not showing ingestion and analytics tab with default 'datahub' user #13306

I followed the steps mentioned in docs
https://datahubproject.io/docs/deploy/aws/
https://datahubproject.io/docs/deploy/kubernetes/

however when I logged in into the datahub UI using default 'datahub' user I am not seeing ingestion and analytics tab.

I am adding as much details as I can to help the team to debug

What's more strange is I am able to access the ingestion tab by directly going to /ingestion page

Below is what the permission page looks like

Also, on going to /user, gives 404
