[Kavita] Idea / Feature Submission - Show Penciller/Inker people fields at top of manga series page if they are present

Idea Description

When I add metadata to my manga cbz files, I use the ‘artist’ field of ComicTagger, which fills it in as the Inker and Penciller. So much of my manga has those fields, but not a writer field. When looking at the manga series page in Kavita it only shows the ‘Writer’ people field. It would be nice if the Pencillers and/or Inkers field could be shown for manga, even if it was an option we could turn on.

You should use MangaManager for tagging Manga. Pencillers and inkers is only relevant to comics, so it doesn't make sense to put them up front.
