Failing Data Package Downloads - Incorrect IP Address #747

I am running FTS on a Raspberry Pi 4. It has a LAN IP address of 192.168.1.112. My External IP Address is 24.2XX.XXX.XX.

I have found several IP address issues that may just be a configuration issue but they are above my head to try and sort out. I wish there was a way to help contribute to this project besides just finding "errors".

I have discovered the following:
When a User is created in the Web UI the SSL certificate package seems to use the internal LAN IP instead of the external IP. This was shown in the installation video on YouTube near the 33:10 mark. I can "end run" around this by manually changing the IP address in Network Configuration of the EUD.

I have also run into the issue when trying to send data packages from one user to the other while outside of the LAN. In this process the sender used the lasso tool to select a few map items and then sent them to a specific contact, who was also outside of the LAN. The data package posted to the server just fine. The receiver was automatically notified of the data package and attempted to collect it from the sever automatically. This however failed and it appeared to be due to the LAN IP address of the server once again per the notification.

In the below image, the receiving device posted a notification that it was getting a data pack from PACOM.

In the below image, the receiving device is attempting to download said package from PACOM.

In the below image, after 10 attempts and time outs, it fails with this error.

I can make an 'end run' around the system by going to Menu>Data Packages and querying the server for available packages. It will allow me to download them this way. The below image shows the packages and I am able to download them.
